Best Sexual Position(s) for Implant

On Monday, March 19, I had to have surgery for a hernia, which had been very painful for the last month. My wife and I sneaked in a little lovemaking two nights prior (Saturday, March 17). It was the first time we had intercourse since June, 2011. I had my first implant surgery last June and revision surgery last December because of the infamous "floppy head" situation.

Anyway, our Saturday night attempt was..okay. I brought my wife off with my tongue--as I've always done. When it was my turn, so to speak I noticed that I had a little trouble with the right position for deep penetration. Eventually, the good old fashion missionary position did the trick. My wife told me afterward that I felt the same but it didn't feel quite the same to me.

I was wondering: What are some of the best M/F sexual positions for men with implants?

Don't think there is a "right" answer for this, other than what feels good for both of you. We found that my wife was more comfortable on top when we first started so she could get used to the slightly different shape and hardness. Now (5 months later) there are no restrictions and no "best" position. She has found she likes different hardness for different positions though. Cheers,Bill

For me, any position that doesn't require long stroking (due to my much shorter length now). Also, "stabbing", ie, complete withdrawal for each stroke is no longer an option (due to the extreme floppy head issues I have). I watch some Japanese or Korean porn (seriously) from time to time to get an idea how they cope with their small penises during sex (basically shorter strokes).

Like Bill 1200, I find that the varying degrees of hardness that are possible with this implant work well for the various possible positions. Being able to have it no so hard or SUPER HARD is yet another magical possibility with this new implant.

Woman on top to start and missionary to finish works best for me. Rear entry to change things up once in awhile but sometimes causes urine leakage. I try to remeber to go urinate before we start. My wife has been great through prostate surgery and implant as well, Sure helps when your partner is understanding and making herself even more desirable - I'll leave that to your imagination. One position that has gone bad for me is my wife lying on the edge of the bed and me standing there in a standing missionary if you will. While pleasurable for both of us it takes forever for me to orgasm. As soon as we shift to missionary with eher laying more in the bed and me on top in the bed - no problem orgasim -wierd. I guess because we are closer with me on top instead of on the side of the bed things are more intense - who knows but it works. Good luck and let us know what works. Due to my ED I've never been able to stay hard when the woman was on top--even when I was young and got a woody a hundred times a day. Certainly might be worth a try. Does the woman on top position increase the possibility of the ever-dreaded EROSION?

Usually any position where she is "in control," I need to be strong in guiding her on her motion. I try and limit the shifting or side to side movement as best I can. This will cause discomfort and shorten the session for me. Any postion where I determine the speed and thrust is a safe bet. This way the implant does not get sore.

My biggest complaint is reverse cowgirl doesnt really work with my Titan

Someone mentioned this but an under remarked benefit of Robodick is the ability to vary stiffness. First time out, my wife remarked it felt like a "stick.' I would have preferred "log," but it is what it is and girth seems to be making a comeback. I was 7.5 X 6" before and 7 x about 5.5 1yr post-op. Had some health issues that prevented going after inflation/deflation like I was killing snakes but back on schedule now. ONWARD AND UPWARD. SO TO SPEAK. OR AT LEAST OUTWARD.

Anyway vary stiffness in various positions and you'll find something that works

There is no best position, All are good. I used to say the worst I had was wonderful and now it is again. My wife was always a one orgasm and done, now she has 3 or 4 sometimes more depending on how much time and how sore she is.
