Coloplast Lawsuit in Pennsylvania

Postby KMeister » Sat Apr 14, 2012 3:23 pm

I was searching for any documentation about the Coloplast OTR and stumbled on this recent lawsuit in Pennsylvania. It's the results of the summary judgment motions filed by a man whose implant failed to deflate then later failed to inflate, and summary judgment motion filed by Coloplast. The plaintiff prevailed in the negligence part but lost on liability. This simply means the case can proceed to trial, but only on the issue of negligence.

Wow! Sounds similiar to what I'm goig through. I'm about to have my 3rd surgery after a blow out myself. I sure hope this is the last one I need. AMS doesn't seem to be an option for me according to my doctor.
