I\When I got mine in 2008 he didn't. I don't know if he does now, and if so, in what cases.

I did not have a drain after surgery with Dr. Kramer. As you can see from looking at my other posts I had a very good experience with Dr Kramer and his team. And great results now 16 months out. On vacation this week and I didn't have to bring pills, paraphernalia or needles and Bimix. It just works and is self contained.

Simply put, Dr. Kramer's skill, bedside manner, accessibility, and my results make my experience with Kramer the absolute best I've ever had with any medical professional for any medical procedure. He's the best.

upandhard, that is so good to hear. I've heard so much good about him on here and the emails I've had with him have been very good. I go to him on October 12 for an implant.

Kramer to me was, quite simply, special in that I researched it and watched his videos for about 1 year. I found myself judging and comparing other surgeons depending on whether or not they did even some the things Kramer talked about in his videos. Then I realized no one else could measure up and went to the man himself. It was worth it- just watch his hands in the videos and see if you think anyone else moves like that. My only issue as that the hospital looked a bit huge, maybe a tad dirty, hard to park in his facility, and hard to get answers about what the surgery would cost. Procedure itself, I'd give it an A+

From Canada and I'm starting to think about getting an implant. What's the best way to reach Dr. Kramer, from what I can tell a lot of people that go through this and choose him, seem to have a great experience. I've seen a bunch of his videos and he really seems to care about his patients.

He does care about his patients, a lot. You can call his office and you can email him directly and he will email you back. He really stays on top of the emails and will write detailed notes to you, not just some short answer.

I had no drain. He does a nice job, no swelling, no need for drain, and few extra little things he does to prevent infection and fluid build up.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
