Recent surgery

I been taking Ibuprofen the last 2 days but the swelling in my scrotum is still there.The pump is suronded by a mass the size of a Q-ball I thought I would try that before calling the doctor. No real pain , just sort of lovers nuts a little. That may be caused also by the other issue I'm having the constant fluid pressure like I'm getting hard on. When I go to sleep I squeeze it out and am comfortable all night. I usually sleep on my back because of my C-pap but during the day my dick feels pressure as I am up and about.I expected with the titan for my dick to hang larger and have more sustance to it but not feel as though it is hard all the time. I guess I am going to have a ways to go with this.

I called the doctor friday and he said this should not be happening. He thinks there could be an infection and says if there is they may have to take it out and put another in. I am back on antibiotics for a month.The other problem of the hardness is driving me nuts ,very uncomfortable.I have only been able to punp it up a few times due to the mass around the pump.I'm hoping things stretch out a little after working it. The uro said it would be like wearing a shirt I would not know I even have it.I'm starting to get a little frustrated and having some secound thoughts. I am interested to hear if others had the same problems and how they dealt with them.
