I was deflated on the second day...it helped make urination easier.

Left hospital 60% inflated 17 days ago , go back at 23 days , doing OK , little uncomfortble
born 53 ,married in 73 have had ED issues for 20 yr ,high blood pressure.diabetes , implanted 11 /6/18 with Coloplast Titan 20cm,2cm rte

MIne was at about 60% first 3 days, then saw the doc where he pumped it up a bit more and brought it back down to 50% and left it that way for another 8 days.
Do you know how difficult it is to pee with a semi-boner? :) :o

Diabetic: used pills & injections.
2 TURP surgeries caused Peyronie's. 1st implant lost to infection, 2nd one is about 5 years old. But "floppy head" due to all the scar tissue, couldn't get tips all the way up.

I would think doc would give you a strong narcotic for this purpose.
Implanted with Titan 1/15/19 with Dr. Eid.
6-length 4.5-girth.

Try 4 weeks at 80-90% inflated. I used a quart canning jar. Besides not being able to point it down, it had a spray pattern.

I was inflated at 50% for 12 days when I started cycling.
