I am 2 weeks bbn out of surgery. 1 cylinder is 14 mm shorter than the other shown in ct scan. Both cylinders are longer than the should be. Just under the ligament that connects penis to pubic bone there is a big knot from both cylinders where they are buckling, if I inflate them it gets big, hard and very very painful, Dr. Says oh, let's just pump it to the max......in the Hope's that it straightens itself out. I am here to tell ya that it will be way to painful. I will know more tomorrow as I go in for my 2 week check up, I have already been to the er for the pai, the dr. Office 2 times now. He told me yesterday I could deflate as he was 50 % according to dr. But ct scan showed reservoir was still holding a lot of fluid. With the buckling of the cylinder I cant imagine being even close to correct size. Ct scan doesnt show anything very clearly. And he will order MRI tomorrow am sure. Plus I tell him my scrotum has adhered to my pump ..... he is trying to tell me it's not but I think I can feel when its attached to something. Whether that's his fault or not I am not sure. I do feel he is liable for
1. Not using agreed upon cylinders, he admittedly in emails didnt discuss with me using anything but the one I chose. He elected on his own to use the cx instead of the lgx.
2. Left cylinder is not all the way to tip of penis as other one is......doesnt even enter into glans at all.
3. I feel both cylinders are way to long and that's after 3 times measuring implanting and measuring.
4. The pump seems to interfere with sitting comfortably, squatting, bending over, a lot of other things as well. This reason alone I would not have had this surgery done. As this is an every day, all day problem. Sex is just occasionally. Why give up comfort all day to have to this problem.
5. The pain I have been in has been horrendous with no real end in sight I am essentially up to the dr. To hurry the process along for a revision. While given that he is the responsible one should I even trust him the second time, for multiple reasons, he may try to cover up rationale for his actions. As he has already said that scarring was the cause of using the cx instead of the agreed upon lgx. When there was no reason for any scarring from the past..
Biggest mistake ever.

Hello. Sorry to hear your having such a hard recovery.
How are the cylinders too long if they dont reach into your glans. Is it to the side? Or bad placement :/?

I hate to say this but when you trust an amateur to do the job of a specialist then it’s left at the responsibility of the poor soul that put his faith and trust in him . If I were you I would not remotely concider him as a surgeon for a revision he obviously has not gained the expertise to be doing this procedure. Put him on legal notice and get an opinion from someone like Kramer or Eid them figure it out. Your Dick is yours and you deserve the best it can and should be.
Best of luck

This dr. Said my left corporal was to scarred and wouldnt go all the way up. I just dont believe him as I never had reason for the scarring, no injuries, no peyronies, I think he just fucked up and using that as an excuse. If anyone can recommend dr. Is st.louis area then I am game. The dr. I used supposedly does 5-10 of these a week. I can barely wait until tomorrow to see him. This late in the game I am scared to use a different dr. Because anyone else will cause a very long wait and am in pain daily. If he fucks up the second time it's his ass, and his family's ass. I do have rather quick access to another urologist but he hasn't done that many surgery's at all. Am at a total loss of what to do.

Do not have the same surgeon do the revision.
Re: Biggest mistake ever.
My doctor told me that scarring occurs when ED has been present for a long time. It's apparently what happens as the penis atrophies from ED.
I'm having my implant on Monday. My doctor told me he will have both the AMS 700 CX and LGX on his tray. If scarring permits, he will use the LGX. If there's too much scarring, he will use the CX.
Based on what my surgeon told me, your surgeon may be giving you a straight story.

73. Implant was scheduled for 12/3/18, with Dr. Carrion, Tampa, FL, until I was switched to a rookie surgeon at the last minute without notice or explanation. Obviously, I canceled the surgery. Sorry I picked Carrion in the first place.
Re: Biggest mistake ever.
I have to assume that you have had soft erections for some time. It's sad that your doc did not tell you in advance that you had excessive scarring like me. An ultrasound would have shown that and then you could have used the vacuum device to stretch open you chambers into your glans. Now it will take major surgery he will need to slice open your penis and cut up into the glans. I doubt that changing surgeons will change that but you might want to find one that specializes in filleting your penis like a fish. Obviously your guy does not or he would have done it to start with. Leaving you in that condition speaks for itself. Good luck. Very sorry for your very sad result, even worse than mine.

SeaRover, you said:
"My doctor told me he will have both the AMS 700 CX and LGX on his tray. If scarring permits, he will use the LGX. If there's too much scarring, he will use the CX.".
What is the difference between the two? Why is the CX better if there is scarring?
