Moved Up Prostate Surgery

Going under the knife tomorrow and it seems 90 days has passed in a heartbeat. I am ready to get this show on the road as I moved it up from Jan 22nd to Jan 4th. Wish me luck, guys, and a good outcome!?
67 year old implanted with 22 cm + extenders Titan Coloplast in 2013. Facing prostate robotic prostate removal on January 15, 2019. Am told that it will be nerve sparing hope that I will still have feeling . Gleeson 7; 4+3

1957 model, married 27yr first time 6 yr present,10/16 Retired,12/16 PSA 4.9, 1/17 Biopsy, 2/17 Gleason 4+3, 3/17 Robotic Prostatectomy, 4/17 PSA nondecetable, Penile therapy, pills/VED/Trimix, 5/25/18 AMS 700 LGX 21cm 3cm RTE.

You'll be fine. Even with nerve damage or loss you most likely will have feeling it's just that your nerves may no longer be able to tell your dick get erect. Oh wait, you already have that eventuality covered.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

Good luck, had the same robotic surgery 2 1/2 years ago with the same gleason score. Have had 2 years of 0 psa on checkups and no issues except for no erections with out using trimix. I am one of the unlucky ones that gets substantial pain with Trimix and am considering an implant. I was 66 when I had the surgery and it was pretty much a piece of cake. Just be positive and behave yourself during recovery.

Best wishes. You are well ahead of those of us who lost size and knew nothing about implants when our prostates were hacked out. Far far ahead of us. Heal well buddy.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
