AMS 700 cx pumping question

When pumped 80% I can bend mine. at 100% it will not bend even a little. I use the first joint of my index finger and first joint of my thumb. I grip the tubes at the block with one hand and press the bulb very close to the block with the other hand. !00% pumped starts to hurt bad in 20 minutes.
The bulb will go flat if it runs out of saline fluid. My reservoir is only 80cc with 15 cm tubes. I have 15 cm with 5cm rte and come out with 6 inch but that is variable as to how deep your inside measurement may be. The point degree varies with the strength of the suspensatory ligament.Mine points out straight but points at my chin when laying down. Good pumping!

Old Bleek, the Doc never told me what I had but I just looked and I have 100ML. So do you have to put pressure on your tubes with the alternate hand while pumping? I thought I did at first because it seemed it wouldn’t pump without me doing that. Now it will pump with my other hand just to the top of the block. Pumping isn’t that hard now, I pumped mine last night and kept it pumped for a couple hours. The head didn’t hurt but it did feel like the skin was streatching to point of hurting a little this time. That was good to feel because I was worried (but I’m only 4/12 in). Anyways I haven’t got to the point of the bulb going “flat” yet but can’t tell even after 30 min of pumping if it is getting larger. Ok, mine does point straight out but it never points to my chin even laying down. Maybe I’m just impatient idk. Thank you!

If you don’t mind, what do you have for lenght now?

MK, would you believe In my lifetime I’ve never measured myself? Not until you asked me lol. Never really knew where to measure from or to so I could get an accurate measurement. Anyways didn’t have a tape in the house but did have a yard stick, I know it sounds so damn good “measured my pecker with a yard stick last night”. Sadly after pumping for about 30 min or so I was only 4 1/2 inches??? Disappointing cause I always thought I was normal or a tad bigger.

You are not alone with small penis after all “repair” surgeries.
I was implanted with Titan 18+1RTE.
At the best, I have only 3 3/4 after implant. Most of the times I can’t go past 3 1/2”. Lost 1 “ after implant. Before prostatectomy, I was 6.5”.
Just barely 50% left after all surgeries.

Hey Rocco, it is still early, keep cycling. After you get rock hard, try every 5 to 10 minutes to get more pumps in. Eventually you will feel it stretch. It took me around 4 weeks to actually feel it stretch... before that I didn't think I was sized properly.

Just be careful not to push the release button on the block while pumping. I do hold the pump by the tubes when pumping. AND you will not see it grow while pumped up. This is a slow process. Some say don't even measure more than every 2 weeks. I have only grown 1/4 inch in 6 months, but I never allowed any shrinkage to take place after RP. I was in penil rehabilitation PT at 6 weeks post RP. RP to implant was only 9 months.

As far as measuring goes, the universal way is bone pressed length. Make sure you push the measuring tape into the fat pad so it contacts the pubic bone.

Does the CX allow for growth over time like the other models? I sure hope so I’ve lost 2 inches.

Did you lose those 2 inches from the implant it was it due to atrophy or operations before?

Here are a couple of answers;
You are HOLDING the tubes above the block so your fingers don't slip and you slam your hand into your real balls... oh my god that freakin hurts. Don't apply too much pressure on the tubes or else you will squish them and not be able to transfer the saline.

Keep pumping until you can't.

MK... you have an 18+1 you will most likely get more length because I have 15+2 and I am just under 5 3/4.

I have the 700 CX after asking for the LGX. The LGX seemed to solve so many of the problems of lost length. But alas, here I am. I commonly fit in one pumping session each day, in the morning as the alarm goes off, I inflate about as much as I can. In the shower I can usually get in another 4 or 5 pumps, but I can feel that they are not FULL pumps...just my pressure against the pressure in the tubes. By then I am rock hard and point straight out. Pre-surgeries I used to point up around the 1 or 2 o'clock position...no more...just the 3 o'clock angle for me. No gripes, my dick works great and the ladies love it. I usually leave it inflated about 2 hours during breakfast and until I put on pants. Around the 2 hour point I begin to get uncomfortable. Oh, yes, it gets inflated at bed time, but not every night. I find that sex is more comfortable to me at about 80% full anyway. An active sex partner will bend and twist it every which way, and when it is rock hard, it DOESN'T bend, ouch. Full inflations are just for maintaining the length I've got.

But I have lost a lot of length also. RP took away over an inch and the implant, which barely reached the glans at first, seemed small to me. Since I am fully adjusted to the implant, my penis has shrunk to fit around the tubes and the tip is mid-glans now. However, that took away another inch. Not my favorite outcome. You are lucky to be able to grasp the tubes while pumping. Mine is snuggled up so tight to the underside of the shaft that there is no room for me to grasp the tubes so I do all pumping one-handed. The pump squishes out of my fingers all the time. This placement also makes the pump very prominent and visible at all times. I have learned to be proud of my third ball sticking out there. The problem develops when going balls deep as the pump gets stretched back when all the way in. Sex it clearly NOT the same as it was. I have NO hope that any of my length will return. As I said it has SHRUNK to the length of the inflated implant over time. I think the LGX would have been better for this issue.

The glans is always soft and I had to adapt to that to get my orgasms back. Also the underside of my penis was numb after surgery (penoscrotal horizontal incision) and that inhibited orgasms. The feeling has returned 90% and so have the orgasms. All in all, this is the best medical decision I ever made. i will never lose my erections by getting older the way most men do.
