Thanks guys. Your input is making me feel a lot better about getting an implant. :D
Developed ED after Heart attack and by-pass in 2000. Used pills for years, but they don't work anymore. Shots don't work. Used a VED for several years. AMS 700 LGX installed 8-7-19.

68,Titan Touch 22cm+1.5cm rte's op done in Melbourne Aust by Dr Chris Love-Feb 2017 Venous leakage over a 2 year period, did pills and Caverject. Length@ 3 1/2years is: 7+” erect, 6.5” flaccid and almost 6” girth. REZUM Feb 21 ejaculation now normal.

Well hell I probably cheated a little 14 days post I used the semi hard on about 5.5 inches no inflation just used what I had and the wife and I slow fucked for an hour wife loved it wanted it pumped up but we thought better feeling was weird cause it’s still pretty damn sore but if this is any indication of the future man are we happy

I also live here in Cape Town and am considering a penile implant. I have been diabetic for over 30 years, and unfortunately Viagra no longer works for me. However, I am nervous about taking this step and would really like to see a penile implant in person – to touch and feel it. I would be very happy if you could get in touch and show it to me sometime.
