I don’t know if it got better because of the implant or if it just fixed it’s self. One thing I am sure of is when I cum it all comes out at once now, sometimes it will shoot several feet away. Previously I would have to milk my penis to remove any cum that didn’t come out when I came. If I did not milk my penis after cuming I would find seamen in my underwear later.
This is 100% exact issue I am facing right now both when peeing and cumming with my ED. I am glad to see the issue was resolved for you after getting an implant. I hope my problem goes away after the implant as well. I agree with @mr.skin that it correlates to a dysfunction of the corpus spongiosum. I observed very closely that if on some very rare days my corpus spongiosum was filled a little with blood and my penis was semi-erect, then I did not face this pee dripping issue.
As for the other folks who have shared their experience, I've noticed that you folks are all older in their 50s, 60s, and 70s and/or have got an operation done for prostate, so I think that perhaps the issue you folks are facing is a result of that. I am in my young 30s and did not get any operation done for prostate so this pee dripping issue shouldn't be occurring for me. The problem was never there before ED, the problem came after ED.
