I have spinal MS and my cock sensations are greatly diminished. It takes me a long time to get there, but it is always worth the trip. It often took 30-90 minutes of masturbating to climax. It 5 months past implant, and when highly "motivated" I can rub one out in 5 minutes. So yes, it can get better. I still can't cum vaginally but with lots of practice, I hope to get there too. LOL
60 years old. MS and Severe ED 10+ years. Pills and injections never worked well. Implanted 5/16/2019 by Dr. Sadeghi. Titan 20cm + 2cm RTE.
