Do you have tubing on the underside of the penis?

regarding my tubes ---- yup, I have an amazingly great install --- tubes cannot be felt----the shaft of my penis is totally smooth on top and underneath --- i am sure that the women must love it !

22cm with no RTE? If so, that makes sense. The tubing would exit the corporotomies so proximal that it would be inside the body instead of near the surface and it wouldn't be palpable.

I can feel tubing on either side of the penis at the base. I think one tube is to the pump and the other to the reservoir. It causes pain and is irritating.

I think the soreness and itching (what I experience) will eventually disappear. You will have one tube coming down from the shaft, under the edge of the penis at the base and going into the scrotum. You will also have another tube coming down the other side of the penis as well as a third tube which comes from the reservoir. In my case, all three converge in a bundle, tied loosely over the underside of my penis, right where the scrotum starts. I'm usually a little sore or itchy where that bundle is because depending on the upward pressure on my scrotum (and the pump) the tied bundle can ride up and down along the underside of my penis. This is my soreness and itch, and to some degree, paresthesia (numbness/tingle), but I believe it will eventually pass.

I can feel my tubing from the cylinders below the base of my penis. The tubing to the reservoir can ride up into the space where the inguinal canal, scrotum, and penis intersect before moving into the abdomen. I can sometimes feel the reservoir move in my abdomen if the tubing gets tugged during sex or masturbation. I asked Kramer about it and he said "the tubing has to go somewhere". They type of tubing used is reinforced with a metal spring to prevent it from kinking, which also makes it less flexible. All in all, a minor irritant considering what a functioning penis has done for me.

Is there less chance of feeling the tubing with infrapubic like Perito does vs peno-scrotal like Eid does or its all about not using any RTE that you will not feel them?

Every person is different. Some have a fat dick and some have a needle dick. If you have a fat dick, you will not feel the cylinders at all. If you have a dick that is not too big on the circumference or girth then there is the possibility you will feel the cylinders. Not sure, but it sounds to me like common sense. Some are long and some are short, some are fat and some are thin. Nobody is the same. You got to accept what mother nature gave you.
