This is after using a VED right? How would the glans enhance otherwise?
28 year old with severe lifelong ED.
Implanted in New Delhi on 26/12/19 with AMS CX (15x12) + 4cm RTE
Post op length 4.5 inches from ~ (5.5 to 6) inches. Disappointed!
Wish to have a revision to LGX some day.

I will be honest playing with cock rings helped in causing PD. For me that is. I find the condom ring to be too tight at the base. Using any other ring would be worst. You don’t have a problem until you do. So I would not risk it. Cause damage and f up the implant and get PD scarring is not worth it. IMHO

Biker60, as you say, my first painful encounter with PD was due to a Scrunchie hair band that I used as a ligature for the sensations. I had intense soreness in my penis for many months, the beginnings of scarring...

That being said, careful moderation of pressure to just reduce venous outflow but not doing so with enough pressure or for long enough time to do damage should be safe. Still, it is like a high-wire performer, one step wrong and you've fucked up...

Well by the time you have an implant, and your glans no longer engorges because of leak.....there isn't anything to lose by using one.

We're discussing the use of a ring with an implant, not a fully functioning penis.

Aware, I have an implant. I still have some plaque. I was just saying. That with an implant you can damage tissue that can lead to scar tissue. Damage the implant and develop PD its possible . PD destroys the penis. Knowing this and what I went thru, rings are out. For me that is.

Implants are robust, listen to Perito, where he makes clear a ring would not damage it, and there's a vid somewhere with Perito literally punching an inflated titan to demonstrate how tough it is. As long as you are away from the tubing and corporotomy then you're surely going to be fine.
I don't know why a ring would cause further tissue damage unless it was extrememly tight.

I dare say we're more arguing than discussing now, which is never great crack. So I shall leave it here.
I'm sorry about your PD, I understand it was caused by use of a ring, I'm not disputing that at all.

I would say things looked very similar to my trimix erection. Does anyone know if this can cause any damage to the implant?

Kennmatt, I’ve been looking everywhere for info on this! Are you still rocking the ring? Any problems? I really want to try this, but I’m too much of a coward. My doctor (Andrew Kramer) even told me it wasn’t a good idea, but I believe he was speaking theoretically. I saw the Perito video, but wasn’t sure if it’s different for Coloplast users.
