It just isn't available in my country. The company that imports and comnercializes Coloplast prosthesis has never imported the XL sizes. I bet the doctor would also end up having troubles connecting the tubing as I've read here somewhere that the XL sizes don't come preconnected from the factory.

I would do the Titan I have the Titan with 3 RTE and I'm a pretty good-sized man. Girth is a bit too much

That's likely what I'd end getting as well. How long is your distal/external penis? How's the angle? Is there any buckling, wobbling or hinge effect during sex?

I also had the malleable. Stowage was a problem for me. All you do it lift for use, put down for stowage. DO. NOT GET THE TACTRA!!! it only has a shelf life of 5 years and can only bend 90 degrees from pointing straight out. Wearing pants, bulge will be obvious. Some guys will welcome a bulge, others, not so much. It does take some getting used to.

First of all if you need it do it. Check with your wife first it's pretty odd. Beer can round it's sort of oval. I'm pretty sure she doesn't like it but she will not say. My doctor tells me it was 27cm total from start to finish. 22cm with three 1.5 rte's. I think it's two girthy but it hangs well. But I'm only 6 months out. Up to 7.5 erect probably 7.0 not fully pumped. After full erection. Don't really see hinging. Hard as a rock but I tore my wife. It's not like the natural one it was beautiful but this one will do the trick. The bulging is unbelievable. I haven't really figured that one out yet but I'm working on it.

You were blessed with a big dick. Nothing for you to be ashamed of, as far as bulging. A lots of guys would kill for that problem. Your pictures are amazing

I have been reluctant about the complexity of an inflatable prosthesis but I'm starting to accept the fact and realize that an erection 24/7 wouldn't be a desired outcome even after years of ED. It could be a huge problem at work and socially overall . I think it's time to accept that a semirigid, even though at surface seems like a good option, adept to the KISS principle, isn't the optimal solution for my particular case, and probably for most of us with regular social lives.
