A VED induced erection is not going to be the same size are you TRUE erection size. Knock off .5” at least. Now take into account for post surgery swelling which will reduce with time. You said your current flaccid size is 4.71”, why do you think it should be your VED erection length? When you inflate you should get another .5”-.75” of length. Your erection and flaccid should differ in size, not be the same.

Thanks for your answers. I’m really trying to stay calm and not to focus on my size. Now I just need to see how much bigger I am when inflated. I was always an exrteme (!) grower and had 2,5-3,0 inches more in erect state than flaccid before my ED. Unfortunately most of people with a titan don’t seem to grow much more when they inflated. But it varies from 0.25 to something like 1.60 inches. Why do some people don’t have a big difference while pumped while others are some sort of growers even with a titan?

The only really true way to conclude whether he undersized you or not is to determine if the tips of the implant are correclty placed in your glans.
Are they?
If they are, then you can forget all measurements etc - he did put the largest possible implant in your dick.
If not - then he either screwed up or you had so much scar tissue that it was impossible to get the implant further up.
Out of those three possibilities, I'd say the chance he screwed up is the least possible one.

So to start with, are the tips of the implant positioned at least half way in to your glans?

And regarding size: My erection immediately before implant was 16.5 cm (6.5"). A few days after surgery, with the level of inflation Eid left me with, I was about 15.5 cm (6.1").
Now I am 17.8 cm (7") inflated when aroused.
All measurements bone pressed.
So forget the length you have now. It is most likely not your final length.

I can speak for myself here - when I'm fully inflated (AMS 700CX), the tips are roughly 0.25" below the surface of the glans. When I'm deflated they're at about the 50% mark or 0.5-0.75" below the surface. It seems that my tips move slightly or have the appearance of moving between deflated and inflated.

It was quite some time since I measured how far my tips reach into my glans...
But if you are 50-60% it sounds ok.
I don't know what my level of inflation was right after surgery. I seriously think nobody does. How the F would anyone know that? It is all just guessing. Some may hear from their doc that they are X% inflated, but even he cannot know for sure how many %.
What I know is that Eid as a principe (at least a few years ago) wants to inflate very little. This is because he wants the reservoir to be as full as possible to prohibit scar tissue from forming around a less-than-full reservoir. That will make it difficult to deflate in the future, as the practical capacity of the reservoir will be limited.

(By the way, this is probably why some of those guys on here complaining over the "useless" flaccid with a Titan. Their crap low-volume doc sucks, causes too much damage during surgery, cannot let their patients start inflating till 4-8 weeks, and hence is afraid they will lose size, so he inflates them to almost full during surgery. Then while they heal up and wait their 6 weeks till first inflation, scar tissue has made it impossible to use the full reservoir capacity and they are stuck forever with a shitty flaccid. Not because it is a Titan. But because they cannot deflate properly.)

So be happy you have only 20%.
Anyway, in my case, the inflation level together with the swelling in my dick, was enough to keep my dick pointing up. Something like 1:30.
But my length was still about 1-1.5 cm shorter than my erect length before surgery.
But forget what your length is now. Means shit.
Just take care of yourself, heal, rest, follow Eid's instructions. You will soon start inflating, and then you will rather soon find out where you are length wise. But remember, your dick will continue to grow for 1-2 years.
