I am in the process of having implants done. Waiting for approval from medicare. Has anyone had an implant done along with the cutting of the suspensory ligament to increase the penils length? I have read that releasing the suspensory can add length to your penis but am not sure if it can be done in conjunction with implants. If it is available then it seems that it would go hand in hand with an implant. I have been told that releasing the suspensory will not allow a pointing up erection, but then again I understand that an implant wilol not do that either point up. Once cut the pnis needs to be strected to keep the ligamnet from rejoining with the penis. Anyone comments. I have not as of yet spoke with the urologist, just my doc. I am hoping to have the amd700lgx installed. Also where have you had the point of insertion? Scrotum or infrapubic/ What were your results, pain, swelling back to work etc.
I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE ANY ANSWERS OR THOUGHTS ON THIS. This is a big a step as getting maried I think.

Dr. Kramer at the University of Maryland has one of the best records if not the very best. Check out all you can about the others, if you have to pay to speak with a doctor, infection rate, and what other say. If you do your homework, Dr. Kramer will be you choice.

As I've mentioned before, Dr. Marc Siegelbaum of Chesapeake Urology has been my urologist for years, and he did my implant with great success. I would recommend him to anybody (and no, I am not being paid to say this). In fact, Chesapeake Urology has several highly-regarded prosthetic urologists. This is for the general Baltimore-Washington area.

Dr Robert Cornell, in Houston is a high volume implant Doctor. He performed my implant 6/1/15 and I am very pleased with the results

I'd agree with someone who posted here that Dr. Andrew Kramer in baltimore might be the highest volume guy in the world, certainly highest for out of towerers/tough cases. Do some research, other big name is a guy in miami but he has a spotty record on the internet
