Everyone,
Wow, thanks so much for the feed back and pictures. I just met with the surgeon and I am told the estimated size will be 22-24 CM Titan. My swim group is very Speedo oriented and mixed gender. We don’t stand around outside the water though but apparently cold water shrinkage does nothing for reducing size of an implant and our guy suits are the popular super low cut type.
At six weeks could I just bend it over to the side in the swim brief, rather than straight down?
Great suggestion to document size and appearance because I am sure I will be curious.
I have had ED in varying degrees for 30 years and have tried everything, successively, and eventually all failed, so there is no other option. Just two years ago I had a Peyronies incident which has somewhat improved. I am all in for the Titan but the Speedo thing is a problem. I am not shy so the gym shower is okay but don’t want to give up all my favorite suits because a jammer would be the same problem.
I have been reading the discussion boards since my original post and appreciate the comments Re the process.

Although I don't have a Titan and I'm nowhere near the 7-8" length that would make dressing to the side almost mandatory, I do notice a large percentage of those who are showers (not shrinking significantly when flaccid) and those over about 6-6.5" in length tend to dress either left or right rather than up or down. They run it along the front of their briefs toward their hip-bone.
More and more as I have started to dress to the left in this fashion, I'm seeing the same pattern from many other men so it seems that's common and also is done when wearing speedo swim trunks as well.

They have hand models and to sell things. I think FirstStepImplant should be a Penis model. He's sell thousands of implants. Men thinking theirs would look like that LOL

That is probably going to be the most comfortable position in my opinion. It took me a few months to be able to tolerate the uncomfortable feeling if I tried to tuck my implanted penis straight down to sleep on my stomach. No laying on it for sure. Now it always hangs to the left in underwear. If it gets to the right it just feels funny to me.

Re: Coloplast Titan
My first implant was the titan and it took about till month 4 until it was comfortable enough to wear it down routinely. It then got to the point it would lay down on top of my sac. Nonpumped I was right at 5.5 inches so it will show. The cylinders are what they are and deflate but not get smaller. They do get softer over time though as you cycle and they age a bit.
As for week 2. I had little pain at all from day 1. Moving around was no issue. That thing sticking out was. You need to ask your doc if they are going to keep you inflated. I was 60 percent for three weeks until deflated. It was supposed to be 4 but had an issue at end of week 3 and had to visit doc early. He deflated me, made sure I could deflate and said go forth and use it.
Till deflated if I went out I wore tight boxer briefs and wore it straight up against my belly. For comfort I folded a wash rag up and placed it between my briefs and body. Loose shirt and loose pants.
Not sure about speedos. You might have to see how it looks. You are going to have a package though for sure. Depending on what you look like now if you do not show. You will. Definitely be a difference.

That looks like it would be a good rudder. Do you find yourself hitting the lane lines a lot?

Not yet, guess I have a good sense of direction despite the one-sided weight distribution below the belt.

If you're 7"" now? Does that mean you were 8.5" before Peyronie's? Do you still get erections?
I also have Peyronie's and am considering an implant, but I'm still able to get erections - though more and more unreliable. Just curious about your situation.
Thanks.
I do not get erections and all pills and the shots do not work. VED worked but I lose it fast. I was 7” before the PD but only get to that with the VED. Thanks.

Thanks so much for this reply. I was told it would be 50% inflated for three weeks, so I guess I need to get used to that. I work part time so I need to consider my ward robe. I don’t know how long that the final implant will be but with that estimated 22-24 CM I might want to limit going out much until deflated. I can control when I work. I really like to swim every day but can try to hide the larger flaccid penis. Thanks for giving me something to think ahead on.

It has improved a little bit a few more weeks out, but it will be some time before I'd consider myself decent in a swimsuit! When walking around without underwear, it looks like I have an erection. Pumped up, it gets quite a bit thicker and a tiny bit longer though. I should note, I have a lot of proximal implant (the space inside the body beyond the base of the penis), which probably contributes to all the support it has. I understand a few months in, it should be more supple (the titan tube material is stiffer than the AMS implants).
Just an additional data point!
Wow, this will take getting used to. The showers at the gym are common showers and I have never been embarrassed until this to take showers with my gym friends! Lots of sitting in the dry sauna talking. Also, I have never done laps in anything but a low cut swim brief/Speedo. I am not all that big flaccid but with VED getting to 7” the doctor said she would get close to that in sizing for the erect penis. If I was in that rename, the flaccid size would have to be 4-5? I will just give it time to soften.
