Unfortunately, probably because of language barriers, i was not able to understand the actual answer to my question.
I am a grower, not a shower, so my penis is really "small" while in flaccid state. Even if you stretch it to the fullest, i don't reach my real measurements while in erection. I reach probably 14.5 cm (not bone pressed erect lenght) , but my real measurements are about 16cm not bone pressed erect lenght now that i have Peyronie's and, before Peyronies, they were 17.5/18cm not bone pressed erect lenght. So i would like to know if my flaccid penis WITH an implant is like 15cm, will i be able to reach, with time and cycles, my old 17-18cm lenght?
Thank you
It's a slim likelihood for the final implanted dimensions you seek. If you expect to get only 15 cm of implant without rear tip extenders, you will possibly be as much as 14 cm at most after you max out your length. I say this based on my anatomy:
I apparently have an almost non-existent crus or internal penile structure. Mine goes just about to my pubic bone but no further, so about 1-2 cm only. I have a 15cm implant without extenders, and the front tips stop about 0.5" before the tip of my glans.
My length is right around 14 cm but 1.27 cm is unsupported glans tissue so that's 12.73 cm of implant outside. the implant goes inside my body by 2.27 cm, or 0.893", just about to the pubic bone.
I have a 15cm implant and 14cm of external length and that's about the best I can ever expect due to my short or non-existent crus.
EDIT:
One caveat, I'm basing my statements above on the CX, with which is the only model I have experience. The LGX might give a bit more expansion if your tissues aren't irreparably locked into the shorter size.
