Honestly, if you're getting an implant why worried about aggravating the scar? That's just my opinion. Get as much length as you can before the operation. I aggravate the hell out of my scar but ultimately my penis is waaay better than it was right after my injury. IMO you *have* to disrupt the scar to remodel it.

.

That makes sense about disrupting the scar to remold it. However, the one thing I’m worried about it after the implant is in, I don’t want there to be any scar pain.

As I found out this month, after eating (admittedly too many) holiday sweets, the plaque was inflamed and painful, something I hadn’t dealt with before. Some guys with Peyronies say they get cured by completing changing their diet, which isn’t my first choice.

I’d like to get the implant and then have some cookies every once in a while without worrying about my dick hurting. I hope that’s not too much to ask! Hahaha

From what I've heard, if the surgeon remodels the scar after placing the implant you will have pain. I've heard that if a surgeon does modeling you will have to wait a couple extra days to activate the implant due to the pain. It makes sense. I've actually tried remodeling my penis when i'm erect and there's this dull pain from breaking up the scar.

As you can tell i'm not really afraid of the pain or disrupting things.

Yeah I'm a big believer in diet, but I think it's useless without any sort of mechanical traction or remodeling. I, personally, am not a big believer that fasting will have a big enough effect to revert peyronie's. I did fix my diet during the inflammatory stage. I did this by switching to an anti-inflammatory diet to get past the inflammation stage as fast as possible.

I do believe that diet can cause inflammation.

These days though, i don't care too much about diet. One thing i'm doing these days is DMSO + Pentox + PABA.
I'm way past the inflammatory stage and focus entirely on mechanical + chemically altering the scar.

I'm also doing research on Dr. Clavell, but currently I'm happy with Eid. Anyway, been drinking so gonna call it a day :p

For those that still have scar tissue/plaque palpable:

Does it ever change size now that you’re implanted? I’ve posted about this before but it seems to go unnoticed: when I eat certain foods, my plaque becomes more pronounced. Will this go away if I’m merry modeled on the table?

Obviously I know I can go on an anti-inflammatory diet, but I’m 34 years old and I’d hate for a piece of scar tissue on my dick to dictate what I eat for the next several decades—if I become bionic, I’m gonna want some damn cookies

So dr Clavell seems like an option. Any others?

Take a look at Dr Clavell videos. He has one video about PD and placating surgery to repair curvature.
Look him up at YouTube. Search for Clavell Uro and you will be surprised what a great work he does.

+1 Dr. Clavell he does a lot of PD and complex cases. He has patient's that fly in from all over the US. You might give him a call and do a telemedicine visit before you decide. Good luck
