Still extreme pain when pumping maximum after more than 6 months.

I had the sensation like my shaft was sunburned for almost 5 months. It was all the time at first, decreased to tolerable levels until I'd inflate. Then it would be the same for 2-3 days, felt like my penis had been roasted or the skin peeled off. Needless to say I didn't do any cycling and lost length. My guess is the antibiotic that is impregnated in the cylinders and me don't get along well. Prior to implant no scar tissue, no curve, still had rare night time erections.
At around 7-8 months out that sensation finally went away. Really have no pain anymore fully inflated, or afterwards.
