I pop the pump on right before I get in the shower, leave it on while I do all of my showering, and take it off about 15 mins after I get out. Leaves me with a nice hefty, pumped and plumped up dick. I'm a believer it helps keep the tissues with good blood supply, especially to the glans, as I've seen a lot of guys here lose some glans volume after being implanted. I partially inflate prior to putting on the VED, so it's not entirely deflated, although don't think it really matters how you do it.
I wouldn't worry about damaging the tubing, you've got a pretty thick layer of skin that it's under that I don't see any way that the downward pressure from the VED tube is going to do anything to it. The tubing is also reinforced to take wear and tear. It's also angled to come out of the cylinder pointing downward, so any compression from the edge of the VED cylinder is probably just flatting it down in its' normally oriented direction. Pump away.

Oregon and others with IPP can you elaborate on how you use the VED. IE how long after surgery you started, implant brand and size, device used, cushion ring or band, how tight is the ring/band, vacuum level reading, frequency and duration? I assume you use VED when cycling if so how hard do you get the implant while using the VED and if you have seen any size gains or benefits in blood flow to shaft and or head?
I have a titan and just started using my no name VED with a cushion ring but it's a little uncomfortable where the tubing comes out of the base. Thanks

I would be careful of the tubing with the VED putting pressure on it,, It might have been the problem with my first implant failure of simply using restriction rings 4 weeks after surgery. just my thoughts..
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

I was wondering how the implant and especially the tubing isn't damaged by the downward pressure needed to get a tight seal. I would think that pinching the tubing would cause premature failure.

Mrtomcat1957, I've been at this for a while. If you use decide to use a VED on your implant DO NOT INFLATE YOUR IMPLANT! If you inflate your implant you can cause the cylinders to burst. As you see I have had a revision, so I know what I am talking about. You can get the same results deflated. First you need to make sure your incision has healed completely before you start pumping. Second, you need to be careful with your pump. I make sure that my pump is in the VED tube, once you start pumping it will suck your pump into the tube. If you feel any pain stop, you are probably using to much pressure. I have made gains, but if you don't continue to pump you will lose whatever you gained.
