How to conseal in sweats?

Well since I have not worn underwear for over twenty years, I have to say I don't try to hide it. When I do my 5k walks in shorts or sweats, I don't worry about it. I have had a couple of people glance but that is it. I don't care as every guy has a dick so what. I am too old to sweat the small stuff. Lol

This is exactly the non-supportive remark i was afraid of.

It seems like some older guys don't understand younger guys want discrete about it and being more in a job and Social environment it"s not accepted being obscene.

Glad for you, you are happy and want to show it to the outside, but that's not the case for most younger guys.

Do all the women you work with strap their breasts down with some kind of a wrap? Or, do they just put them out there for men to enjoy.

And in fact, going to a gym will be interesting for sure, because it basically looks like I have an erection even when fully deflated.discomfort.

I hate the idea of never going tot be able to go go the gym with a Titan implant.
So do you skip the gym now or do you wear a jockstrap when wearing sweats?

You are sing Cialis now and I assume that they work and you have not tried injections, so why are you thinking about an implant? Don't get the cart before the horse.

I don’t have the Titan implant but I do have the stiffer AMS CX, I wear scrubs and as such had the some of the same concerns as scrubs are like wearing lounge pants or pajamas. I too was concerned about showing at the gym or while wearing sweats or gym shorts.

I wore what I normally do the gym or for that matter daily underwear that being men’s low rise briefs. I saw my self in those big floor to ceiling mirrors most gyms have. And again this is my case I could detect only the slight increase of bulge over what I had previously.

I find it I positioned my unit up and toward the side it was comfortable for most exercises I also didn’t see any extra bouncing in the before mentioned mirrors.

The only time I’m more aware of the “hang” or increased “flaccid” size at the gym is when I’m heading to the shower but unless you are walking naked I go with a towel wrapped around I noticed maybe a slightly more bulge than before as well as bounce.

I never noticed anyone staring at my crotch either in scrubs or gym attire.

I got my implant in Covid times, so gyms haven't been open since my surgery. However, I go running regularly, and I'm perfectly fine to wear briefs for that, which keep things pretty well tucked away. Locker room or sauna could certainly be a little...concerning. But if anyone's looking, they kinda have to deal with the consequences of that, haha.

Used to shower and walk around naked shamelessly. Probably going to be at least a little more discrete now.

Yes, you're correct it is in my sign. But Cialis is not working anymore like it did and gives me headaches. I tried injections but i don't like the idea of the non-spontenous route and it led me one time with priapism. Sudafed is not legal over here.

I think an implant has a lot of advantages, even some advantages compared to a working penis (although a working penis is better) but discresity is for me also important.

Yes, ED sucks. You have to choose between ED or injections or an implant.
It's like choosing the least bad option.

Yes, I agree for me after doc removed my prostate and radiation treatments and I got no reaction to pills at all and shots did not work I got depressed and my wife finally understood my feelings and agreed for me to get an implant. I just feel it is a huge step for young guys to go through when revisions will be necessary. Good luck on your journey. Jim
