implant for premature ejaculation

i have pe, and i still have pe with the implant (though not as bad). A lidocaine spray called "ky duration for men" works really well for me and solves the problem (because it makes me more numb, and thus less prone to fire early). The trouble with lidocaine spray in a normal guy is that the erection might go away since your sensations are dulled, but with an implant, the issue of losing ereection is not an issue at alll, thus the spray works super well to delay ejaculation.

That being said, I agree that trying dapoxetine or zoloft might be helpful, since getting an implant might be too extreme of a hammer to fix a smaller problem.
