True! And it's not just about protecting yourself; by getting vaccinated you also dramatically lower the risk that you will infect others. That is, by getting vaccinated you are doing your part in ending the pandemic, so that life finally can go back to normal.
I had a sore shoulder for a day after the first Pfizer vaccine, and the same reaction after the second, so very mild reactions indeed. But even if I had had to spend a couple of days in bed, I would have felt good about having done the right thing.
