nevertooold, I was implanted In July this year and just spent a week at Intima, a clothing optional resort in Mexico. No one ever noticed my deflated implant. If you are ready to make the lead don't let this stop you. Be sure to read up on length loss and ask your Urologist how much you will loose post implant.

I like the extra attention of that crotch bulge an implant gives you. When I wear my shirt tucked in my pants, I always give it a couple pumps before I go out.

get the AMS 700LGX ,Looks very natural when flaccid ,it will be softer than the titan ,I got one and nobody knows I am implanted when it is soft .I am very happy with.

What about the rigidity when pumped up. I had a Dr tell me that the AMS 700 system does not get as rigid as the Titan. Does anyone with the AMS system feel like it should be more rigid?

Unless my AMS CX was made of steel I dont think it would be more rigid. Havent had the Titan but not sure how it could be any more effective though suspect both work great. I couldn't be happier with my AMS CX. Works great. Good luck with the research. I would recommend you first find an experienced surgeon and go with the implant they recommend.

As to people noticing I doubt anyone will know unless they took before and after pictures. My wife says she wouldn't be able to tell even as a nurse who has seen her share of equipment. The only difference is that I have a larger penis when not erect but still pretty soft and hangs at 5 o'clock. People may be impressed but not frightened or offended.

Ok here is my 2 cents....I have only had my Titan since 10/16 so take it for what its worth. I never had an AMS I do hear the cylinders of the Titan are a lot more rigid. I have not been inflated yet but my penis does feel somewhat rigid at this point and where the cylinders fold where my penis meets my body can be uncomfortable in some positions. I think this will improve once I get inflated and cycle the implant molds to my body.

I hang at 4:30 to 5:00 fully deflated, I do hang a lot heavier then I did before but no one else would know that. So while I look at it and it appears to me to hang like when I had a semi, no one else would know this and I would just appear to be a bit better hung then previously.

The Mrs. and I do enjoy some clothing optional recreation and I am not at all concerned about people thinking I am sporting some wood since it will be hanging downward. I will enjoy the fact that I will no longer be sporting the scared turtle look when I get out of the cool ocean water though.

Get your implant, enjoy it and do not concern yourself with how people will perceive it.

From what I understand, if you are well endowed the docs usually want to go with the Titan as it is more rigid and better supports a larger penis. That is not my case and I have the LGX. It gets plenty hard. In fact my wife asked that I don't pump it to maximum as it is too hard. Never thought I would ever hear that LOL

Okay, I've had them both so I'll throw some "wood" on the fire. If your penis is about 7" or longer, the Titan provides more rigidity, if you're about 6" (or less), the AMS is just as rigid. I used to be in the first catagory, but now I'm in the second, and I promise you that the AMS can give you an erection just as hard as the Titan with a 6" penis.
