To clarify my initial post. The erection is firm but it is different. You have to be a little carefull with it. My comment about not being able to be as rough was in reference to my wife, who, when on top, can get a little rough. When I was able to obtain a natural erection that was fine but now it can be painful if she gets to crazy. The erection is obviously not firm through the head as well as the base.
In my case the sensation is somewhat duller than before the implant and, when erect it does not feel totally natural. You can feel the cylinders and the pump in the scrotum as well as the tubing to the penis when erect.
When not erect you actually look better endowed but when erect there is definately a shortening. The Titan is basically the same length with or without an erection.
Don't get me wrong, for me it is better than nothing but nothing like the real thing.
