First Cycle, Pain

I'm 6+ months out, and early on, pumped to max, the pain would start kicking in at about 15 minutes, and get so bad I couldn't complete an hour of cycling. Now, I can inflate to the max for a good hour before my dick starts to hurt, and even then it's not bad. I prefer to not be quite maxed out for vaginal or oral sex (better sensitivity), but anal often requires a harder dick.
