42 ED for 9 years vl after a fall. Pre implant 8 1/4 bp x 6 1/8 ish

No.
34 yo, limited hand/finger dexterity. Tried vacuums, pills, TriMix, and Jelqs and nothing works. Implanted with AMS 700CX 21cm, Right 0.5 RTE by Dr. Clavell in Houston, TX on 5/12/21. Frenectomy 5/11/22 by Dr. Clavell.

You will be fine Dr clavell is an amazing and skilled Dr. You will go in and come out with what you bring in. Just follow his instructions and you will be fine and back to great sex in no time.
33 year old implanted October 2021 by The Dr. Clavell in Houston Texas . 24cm titan. Best decision of my life so far.

Just got out...26 cm +1 rt. 7 down 20 up. Little bit skinny, but we'll see

Viagra or any other erectile medications are likely to make it more difficult for your surgeon to control bleeding. And there is no advantage to be gained.
Also, you will probably want to avoid aspirin or any other blood-thinning medications. Check with your surgeon and your pharmacist.
