Re: Deflating
I’m pretty sure my dr had said to squeeze the deflate button with one hand while squeezing the penis with the other but now I’m confused

Sorry to confuse you. All I'm relating is what the AMS rep taught me to do, what works for me, and how my surgeon does it at each follow up exam. Maybe other guys can be of more assistance.

No problemo all good thx
Re: Deflating
You can push that deflate button for 5 seconds and later give the little guy a squeeze afterwards to eek out a little more fluid. Once you get used to things you'll figure out how to do the double handed squeeze. Don't stress

I guess somehow it all works out LOL
Re: Deflating
I have had an implant for about 12 years. It always hurts a little when I deflate it. It seems that I have to squeeze against something in the scrotum. Today I had an appointment with a urologist and he inflated and deflated the implant. There was no pain either while inflating or deflating. I was so busy talking to him while he was doing this that I forgot to ask him why it didn't hurt when he did it. Does anyone know any secrets that I don't know about this?

Could it be that you weren't all focused on the process. Thus no fear or anxiety?

Re: Deflating
In order for mine to release all of the fluid, I have to keep the deflate button pressed and squeeze the base of my penis at the same time. I've tried folding, tucking and pushing in for an accodian fold, but the base squeeze while holding the deflate button works the best for me.
