The "clinic" gave me an injection, I had a excruciating painful erection for almost 4 hours, then I had to inject the antidote injection to put my erection down. Two days later I injected Trimix using the Autoinject, 10 min later I developed a dent on my pe is making my penis deformed. Is been more than 2 years and now my penis is destroyed, I losted 50% of my girth, and probably 20% of my length, my erections are very weak and my penis is unstable

I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

Knowing what I know now I should got implanted as soon as I had my robotic prostates surgery. I blame myself but in the moment you're just wondering of you're gonna live with a real aggressive cancer like I had. But yes, I tried ejections for about 2 years and at first it was fucking awesome with the auto inject. Then is became inconsistent and i started just injecting with a syringe and that was awesome for a while then that stopped.after about 2-3 months.. The I was like forget it if I want to keep my wife and stay consistent get the implant.. My advise in find you a reputable surgeon in your area and go as soon as posible.

Ya i was one of them that should've skipped the injections! After a year and a half, i was getting lumps everytime i injected and couldn't take the higher doses of astrofil, dont know how to spell it, so, ya, it was a waste of time for me, but everyone should try it if its working for you. Alot of guys on here have gone quite awhile with injections. I was an exception to the rule i guess.

I used injections of prostaglandin with an initial dose required to sustain an effective erection of 3.5mcg. My penis responded well at that dose level, with erection durations up to ~ 3 hrs. I found the injection protocol and relatively limited pain associated with PGE 1 to be tolerable. Into the 4th year of PGE -1 use the dose level required for an effective erection began to progressively increase, with a concomitant increase in both pain and the unpredictability of attaining a sustained erection.
After 8 years a dose of ~ 15mcg of PGE 1 was required to provide an erection of sufficient firmness for penetrative sex. At this PGE 1 dosage level (4X the commencement dose) there was significant residual pain in the penis. In fact it was so bad at this level that the injection process was not sustainable for me and I commenced exploring the concept of an implant, which has been really successful for 3.5 years.
