We’ll, the OP did conclude with; “Any thoughts or opinions are welcome” but IMO, it’s only the “Kramernite‘s” who can answer this question with any sort of validity.

I wonder if the very high volume implant surgeons perform all their surgeries or do they supervise associates who intern with them while they do the surgery?

I think there may be a sweet spot with surgeons and urology practices where the surgeon is competent and does his/her own work?

I think that may be the case when I see guys who haven't had as good a result with a super star as I have had.
Granted, my surgeon had a good patient to start with.

The problem with every assumption being made here is you all are referring to entirely anecdotal information. That means your viewpoints are based on opinions, not facts. When a man has an implant and complains he doesn't like how his dick is now, if he tells you that, it is not fact - it is anecdotal information without any real grounding that can be supported by evidence (it's also a dude complaining about his dick and wished the dick surgeon did better, which happens like 90% of the time anyway). You know zero facts about what surgeons are good at this or good at that in medicine; you are basing your opinions off anecdotes you hear from other dudes with zero medical training believe and told you, and zero medical facts. Does the facility in which the surgeon works provide any information about the surgeons backstory and his "volume" of giving implants? Or do you base your view of "good" or "bad" surgeons based what some dudes told you online?

Even if good and bad surgeons exist, no one's opinion they heard from others means it's true.

I was expecting pain for a few weeks but I’ve come across a few things I wasn’t expecting. When feeling around the 3rd day I could feel tubing at the base of my penis on the left.

Major surgery to your penis is gonna cause a whole lot of pain. I was in severe pain and discomfort for probably 2 weeks after mine. A surgeon cut open your balls and shoved something up them - what are you expecting?

Goal to prove implants increase dick size

Pre-op dick size: 8.75" x 5.7"

Current: 9-9.5" x 5.5"

Goal: 10+" x 6+"

No one here can answer any question about surgical results. What one (or several) men feel about the results of a surgery are not facts, they are opinions. Then you all are basing these opinions off what random dudes told you about a surgeon; those aren't facts, those are anecdotes.

“Kramernite‘s” who got surgery from him don't give you reliable information about the procedure; they tell you if they think their dick came out ok.

That isn't medicine, it's the opinion of highly unqualified men.

It doesn't make sense arguing against "subjective opinions" vs "objective facts".

The ultimate goal is not a mechanical erection satisfactory from an hydraulic point of view but to improve patient quality of life, which is for a significant extent subjective. So yes opinions matters. You may say that anedocte is not the singular of data. That's true. You may say some people have unreasonable expectations. That is also true. But saying that patients aren't well trained to judge the final outcome sounds ludicrous to me.

I literally just said what I was expecting….. what did you not understand? I said i was expecting to be in pain which I have been, totally understandable after a major surgery. What I was expecting was to feel tubing at the base of my penis and in my sack and to also feel what sounds like water squishing around in the areas where I feel the tubing. From what I’ve gathered that is not common, so i was simply asking if other guys who’ve been implanted have experienced something similar. There is clearly not right and all I’m trying to figure out if this was a mistake made during the surgery what are the options to fix it. I am terrified of undergoing another surgery based on what I’ve gone through with this.

I’m so sorry for you, man. This doesn’t sound ‘normal’ per se. But what do we know, we’re not surgeons. Have you notified Dr Kramer about this? Can you not go into the clinic or wherever he sees patients and ask him to assess?

It must be so distressing for you, bro. I’m really hoping that this is some kind of kink that will iron itself out with some time. But definitely go get checked.

As to the other issue here, there are definitely bad surgeons. You have two healthcare people here attesting to that also and it’s just a simple fact, there are ‘bad’ or let’s say less skilled professionals in every domain.
