I am close to four years with my Titan and have the Genesis pump. Robo is correct Dr Perito told me at my surgery the original pump was well tested and mostly trouble free. We love my implant and use it every chance possible lol. Fortunately I have never had any problems and the surgery went great. The best thing is being able to go as long as we want without loosing your erection.

Hi I have tried your method . I squeezed it down and while still holding the penis ,I then pumped it once. I felt the fluid move .
After about an hour I noticed it had started to fill up again .
I had mine done on nhs so nobody gave me any instructions .
Is there a way to reset the valve?
I’m not sure if I got the Titan or the one touch
