Anyone who gives you a specific number of pumps has made assumptions.

How much fluid it takes to fully inflate depends on the implant size.

How much fluid is transferred with each squeeze of the pump bulb will vary with the user and with the amount of back pressure, which will increase as you get more inflated.

How fully you squeeze the pump bulb has a huge effect on the number of pumps.

Even with the same implant in the same person (me) the number of pumps it takes to get the same degree of rigidity varies by which hand I use (or both) and how long I wait between squeezes to let the bulb refill and how flat I squeeze the bulb each time.

25 to 70 pumps if you want MY specific numbers.
