Perito is a magician. I'm hoping to get a lot more lifespan out of Titan #2. But if not, I figure a malleable plus UroFill girth enhancement plus eating lots of pussy and ass (and being good at it) will still put me ahead of most entering-middle-age guys in the sex game. It's all about being positive!

Robo - any more insight from perito on the malleable?

What did he think of the urofill idea....

Did he mention how rigidity and length would compare to a 3 piece?

Robo, did you get a repair or a full revision? If a revision, was he able to upsize you?
Either way, I’m happy Perito was able to accommodate and get you back in the saddle so quickly.

MyTitan lasted 12 years and finally gave up the ghost after never having been used. No idea what happened to it - the pump just stopped moving fluid. I discussed it with Dr. Kramer, and he said he could fix it, or replace it, or I could just forget about it. I chose the latter.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.

So now you just have the old cylinders still inside ?

That's right. I know they are there, but they don't cause me any kind of issues.

At least you have something to get hold of to pee. After RP mine was about 1 1/2 inch long. :D

Turns out it was a failure at the quick-connector. Perito said it's the first failure of that kind he's ever seen, and he's done over 10,000 implants. Everything about my implant was mechanically sound, so he fastened a new connector and said he made sure it was the most secure one he'd ever seen. I got the drain removed this morning and feel like I could run a 5K (but of course I won't). Almost no pain at all. Can't wait to tap some ass in another week and a half!

Hey I'd seen that the Titans have a lifetime warranty - is that true? Was your 2nd IPP covered completely?
47 yr old, had 30° curvature,

Titan cured the curve. As of 2022 - BPL 8", erect 7", erect girth 4.75", flaccid girth 4.5", flaccid length 5"

Now in '24 - erect BPL 7.5", erect girth 5.5", flaccid girth 5.25"
