I’ve read about that but haven’t had the issue. If you find it to be a problem certainly talk to your doctor. I’m not sure of your situation but if you haven’t had RP or other treatment done on your prostate my money is on it clearing up over time.

If this only has happened to you after the implant surgery I think time will be your friend and this will go away as you heal. Mine certainly did and i had HDR brachytherapy to kill my cancer. It also killed my prostate while doing so. No ejaculation at all now. It will never come back I’m told. I’ve been bummed about that but orgasm might just feel better than it ever has.

All these things come in time. How far out from surgery are you?

That's a different issue. But yes some guys do empty their bladder during ejaculation.

I also dribble after ejaculation. Same thing as peeing, one or two drops will hang in there regardless of my wiping and squeezing with a towel. Stand up and drip, drip.

Yes, semen. I've never had any issues with dribbling urine during sex or a blow job. Only after urinating or after sex do I have dribbles, and once those couple of drops find their way out I'm good.
