Yes, with implant you can penetrate - BUT you need to inflate.
What I am saying, is you will still have some natural engorgement after implant - but not ample enough (at least for me) for penetration without FIRST pumping the device (inflating). Make sense?

I still get some engorgement, kind of a chubby if aroused or in the mornings sometimes.
Implanted 6/26/2018, Coloplast Titan 20cm, no RTE'S, infra pubic, Dr. Rhee, Kaiser :o 8-) 80 yrs., married 57 yrs. ED for over 20 yrs.
