I sat in a large pan of hot water that I put in the bathtub so I could keep the water as hot as I
could take it. It really did help, still hurt but it is what you have to do.
76 year old fart. Prostate removed Oct. 9, 2017,Psa 30 days after .15 next Psa .2. 37 Radiation treatments for recurrent cancer, 1 year out Psa .033 ZERO ERECTIONS, implanted Sept 5 2019 Dr. Lentz Duke Raleigh N.C. Titan 22cm.

Take hot baths and/or use a heating pad applied to the scrotal area for extended periods throughout the day. I had excruciating pain, as if someone were pinching the area where the release valve is with a pair of pliers. This lasted almost a month. My doc recommended the baths/heating pad, and it helped greatly. Also, take Iboprofen/Aleve, etc. before you cycle. Cycle while in the hot bath.
Titan 20cm, Dr. Eid 7/15/22. ED before/after RT (2015), EBRT (2016) & ADT (20 mos.). EBRT & improper penile rehab post-treatment left penile/abdominal scarring, arterial blockage & slight hour-glass shape with Peyronie's disease.

I am 7 months post surgery. Most of the soreness is gone. The Titian Pump has become much more maluable. You will learn how to pump the most comfortble way for you. I place the pump between my thumb and the base of the index finger and squeeze. Having the pump under a finger nail or slipping out during compression can be painful.
You are experincing "great balls a fire" firsthand, no puns intended.
