The 3 piece is a freaking phenomenal device, not a doubt in my mind about it, but what a terrible reliability we've been reporting. Like I've said, 2 years 2 months the titan lasted me with lots and lots of usage, but still, if this thing breaks within another 2 years after this revision, I'll seriously consider having my cock hard forever (malleable) as opposed to dealing with every other year revisions.

It s crazy how every doctor say, this thing last 10years plus and the reality is completely differnt. Yes everyone can say the happy mans are not at franktalk, but it seems this device isnt reliable.

it is not true that happy men are not on FT, if I did the implant it would become part of me yes the implant that FT, I see no reason why I should leave FT, who has never been on FT also have their problems with implants just that they don't tell anyone, and others before it stopped working or have had other health problems, or too old, or dead, the implant is the one with all its strengths and weaknesses both on FT that outside, as I said maybe in a few months I will do it too because I have to, but if there are no alternatives we can do nothing or give up or fall back on a malleable, if it were true 10 years should put under warranty for 10 years not only the device but also the operation, instead they do not, because they know well that those that last 10 years are very rare, this is my thought, it is not that there is so much to trust this category of doctors, to me they have just screwed money without ever solving anything and if gl the ask one thing they answer you book a visit or they don't answer, they are crazy about money and we are their ATM

I’ve only had mine for 8 months and so far it works perfectly albeit being undersized which I will undergo a revision in feb next year

I use it 3 or 4 times a day most days and am having the best sex of my life so if I am decreasing the lifespan by using it lots then so be it.
Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

Coming up on 3 years with my Titan. It has worked perfectly every time I wanted to use it. I'm not hoping for a failure, but if and when it happens I'm asking doc to go bigger!

apart from the damage that you will go under the knife for the second time in less than a year will you also pay in terms of money for this overhaul? scuami jimmi85 but if you think in these terms you can also agree to have a review every 3 months and feel good, it is not what a patient who undergoes a surgery of that kind expects, doing such an operation is not how to take a cialis tablet

Old Guy since it works well I hope for you never to need a revision, better to have what you have than to be bigger with a revision, certainly as you say once in dance you have to dance, this thread is very passionate me, yeah tries to be as pragmatic as possible, I am very much, so much here we are all patients, probable patients and future patients, who would like to know what awaits them, I believe that in this forum the truth is closer than any other place in the world reviewed by overwhelming majority of real users who have undergone an implant and lived with it, I believe more in the stories written here by you than in the nice words of the doctors

Yes, FT has been a wealth of information for me. I wish I'd had found it before getting my implant.
At 71 my hope is never needing a revision. If an implant is meant to last 10 to 12 years that means I'd be almost 80 when it's time to re-do it. IF so, hope I'm still doing the wife and can handle a surgery.
Until then I'm happy with what I got.
