My One Touch makes a faint squeak as I pump up if I hit full pumps. Deflating I always hold the deflate button down as I squeeze my shaft. It's been 3 years and working just fine.

I am not a big guy so he chose the classic due to size and reliability.

Yes its a bit noisy but I have had oral sex while I'm pumping slowly and it wasn't noticed.

did you have oral sex while you were blowing, meaning you licked her pussy and you were blowing or she was giving you a head and you were blowing?

I'm pretty sure Floridaspeedo is gay. I took his post to mean that he pumped himself up while performing oral on his partner. I'm hetero but often do the same thing: reach down and get those last few pumps in while I'm "dining at the Y." If he managed to pump himself from half staff to full mast while receiving a BJ without his partner being aware of what he was doing, I'd be very impressed and would love to hear more about how he pulled that off.

I was receiving oral. Was 200% pumped. While getting suked, i pumped to 70% and it wasn't noticed. The key is pumping slowly.

Maybe my pump is as loud as others but I have realised in the heat of the moment, it is not noted.

And NO, the sound emitted by the pump is not that loud. Yes, in a completely quiet room, the wife can faintly hear the sound. (it let's her know what's to come)

Oh, that is interesting, stmfttr. Does anyone else have a Titan Touch or OTR pump that requires pressure be held on the button throughout the deflation process?

Sounds like the docs have differing opinions on whether it is the Classic or Touch pump system that is more durable.

During my consultation, I heard the same pros and cons of the OTR vs. Classic expressed by the OP. Here’s a link to Dr. Eid’s video on pump options in case someone missed it.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Utn5QSawNLg
I believe Dr. Eid’s comments are based on his personal experience doing 300 implants per year.

Some of you have mentioned about the noise or "quack" sounds the Classic can make while pumping. I am wondering exactly how noisy is it? For instance, would it be possible to pump up in an adjoining room and not have your partner hear it? Or is it loud enough to hear through a wall or door?

It’s not that loud or near as bad as you might conclude from the word “quack”. I would describe it more like a faint buzzing or hissing sound. Mine only does it during faster wall to wall pumps when initially filling the cylinders. Once pressure builds in the cylinders, pumping naturally transitions to slower squeezes and then mine is quiet. I could pace my pumping so it stays silent start to finish if need be. But I normally pump up to foreplay hardness solo in the bathroom. In no way is the initial pumping loud enough to be heard in another room. Added pumps in the bedroom go unnoticed.

BTW, as Old Guy mentioned, pump noise is not unique to the Classic. The sound comes from the saline water rushing through the pump valves. A certain amount of noise with all pumps has been reported here on FT. Here’s an older thread on this subject.

Has anyone found deflating the Classic to be challenging since the button has to be held down for the entire deflation process versus the OTR? Or is it quite manageable even so?

I find it quite manageable. When I was deciding between pumps, I rationalized it this way. Both pumps require you to squeeze Johnson while deflating. So what do I need a free hand for during that time? I guess I could scratch my balls but otherwise nothing of importance came to mind. As stmfttr & Old Guy mentioned, they press and hold the OTR button while deflating. I’ve seen others mention the same thing here in older threads. I’ve also seen comments here that the OTR isn’t exactly “one touch”. So a certain amount of OTR users are holding the button the entire time to deflate and tens of thousands of original Titan (Classic) implantees use 2 hands to deflate and apparently are getting by just fine. Basically you learn to cycle based on the pump you have and then with practice, it just becomes your normal.

I have a small quiet quack or my wife call them squeakers. Can hear if the room is quiet, and she’s laying beside me in bed but if you have quiet music playing it goes unnoticed. Also I have classic pump and it was very stiff and difficult to pump at first but has softened up dramatically and is easy to use now. The deflate bar has been very easy to find early on and seemed to take a lot of pressure to release it earlier on but now seems very easy to activate the deflate. Not sure if your fingers build strength or it just gets broke in but oh so much easier after 5-6 months.

Thanks for sharing your input, guys. It's very informative. I am pleased to hear that you found deflating the Classic to be quite managable. Another thing Dr. Eid mentioned is that the Classic pump has a smaller profile than the Touch and takes a bit less space in the scrotum. He also said that the Classic moves more volume of fluid with each squeeze than the Touch so inflating the cylinders is quicker. These seem to be attractive points for the Classic but it seems there are still mixed opinions among the experts on whether it is the Classic or Touch that is more durable and may have a longer lifespan.
