Quick Day 4 post-op update, more pics later today perhaps.

Had my first followup appt with Dr. Hakky and had my drain removed. The nurse was impressed with how good I looked and that I was able to wear jeans and walk with no problems. Just slid by chubby down my leg and wore the David Archy dual pouch briefs that were recommended on this site by a few people and there was no pain (was a little strange walking with it, but no real issues). With that said I was only about 20% pumped so I imagine for those that get 70% it would be a lot more difficult.

Dr Hakky said everything looked great. I discussed the numbness on the underside of my penis and he didn't seem too concerned and said it could take a couple months for it to come back, but it should in time. I'm not scheduled to be activated until Thursday, but I asked if I could pump a bit because I'm so curious, which he had no problem with. I put in maybe 6 pumps taking me to, I don't know...maybe 60-70%. It's great knowing it really does work! It's definitely different looking and feeling, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Deflating was no issue and he showed me how to deflate more for the walk back to the hotel. Pretty natural looking "flacid" I think.

Overall I just feel so lucky so far. I couldn't have asked for more. I know a lot of people don't have it as easy as I have...

Yours and my story is eerily similar! I faced so many of the issues you have. My marriage is already broken but I don’t have kids (never got to have sex with wife and she was not willing to try other methods)

I had my surgery done just 2 days ahead of you in Miami from Dr. Billy Cordon. I had a rough initial 2 days but started feeling much better after 4 days. Hang in there and take care.

Been following your thread brother, and i could not be happier for these very promising reports! Every success story here serves as an inspiration to those reading who still suffer from ED. You are WAY ahead of the game with this early experimenting. Glad you asked your doctor first. Don’t get to creative yet brother. Sounds like you’re feeling good, but you ARE healing. Just do what he says.

Post-op Day 7 update:

Things are still going well for the most part. Have had some scrotal swelling and I'm told a small hematoma since the drain came out. Got approval to start cycling yesterday. So far cycling has gone alright...I only seem to get maybe 7 pumps in until I'm either in pain or at max. I'm going to try to pump to a solid stretch but not so much on the pain.

I'm also just having some pain from squeezing my scrotum when pumping. I have a significant number of small benign cysts on my scrotum (which I've had since puberty, have probably removed 100 over the years, but more appear frequently and still easily have 100). I think squeezing them while pumping (which is unavoidable) causes some pain/soreness. Going to have to work through it for now, but may eventually see a dermatologist to try to have a bunch of them removed in the pump area.

Size wise, I'm exactly at 6.5" right now which I'm happy with considering I was typically 6.5-7 tops pre-op. The girth has a lot of work to get back to pre-op though. I was about 5.4" pre-op and only 4.5" right now. I'm sure it'll come back, but strange having such a slim dick for now.

2 week post op update:

Not a ton to update. Bruises are healing slowly. Still swollen and fairly painful scrotum. Cycling is going well although I stay sore for a while after cycling. A little feeling on the underside of my penis is coming back which is a relief.

Here are a couple pics of my before surgery flaccid and my Titan flaccid. Travelled back to Saudi Arabia where I live right now and my wife had her first glimpse of my new equipment. She said it was a thing of beauty and wants to try it out as soon as we can.
