Damn brother, Im sorry for all the mishaps you had to endure. I hope this time you get sized correctly and you get many years before another one. Did Clavell say you'd regain some length with cycling or is this permanent because of the repetitive revisions?
42 M. Mild peyronies like symptoms for well over a decade. Mostly related to PFS syndrome I believe. Seriously considering an Implant. Trying to mentally accept the situation, Pills barely work and trimix gel doesn't work, tried injections -hated it.

It finally happened...yesterday...my pump failed. Had a normal pump up in the morning and left for my volunteer 'job' around 9am with a nominal 5 pumps (usually takes about 25 to effect max erection). In the afternoon, I noticed that, while urinating in the men's room, I was more flacid than before. Tried pumping more and hitting the deflate button but 'nothing' happened. By day's end, in the shower, I was hanging straight down with minimal saline in the cylinders and no reaction from the pump at all. Guess the just slightly more than 5 years from the date of implant is all I'll get. I might try to contact the local Coloplast rep but if the cold reception I got just before and after my procedure in 2018, I don't think they give a damn. Anyway...no revision for me. Don't trust the uros nor the product. Have a great day y'all!

Hey brother sorry to hear this. I am too worried about the product and procedure. Would you ever consider a malleable ?
30 yrs old. Current IPP failed in 2022. Waiting revision. No insurance. I’ve had both Titan & AMS.

Am sorry to hear that. Was told that the Coloplast has a lifetime warranty (for the unit, not the surgery).
Venous Leakage (which I believe caused by my overuse of the Bathmate VED)

When I have my third revision on February 18th, 2025 it will have been right at 13 months since a full failure ( not able to pump it up at all with zero fluid left ) my failure was pretty much catastrophic one day worked perfect just over 24 hours later absolutely nothing.

Did Hakky say anything about infection risk being higher or give you a % of risk?

First surgery was done in a university hospital when the injury occurred the first time in 2020 before the implant - I had surgery - they cut me open and said they didn’t need a implant just had to fix a tear. Never could keep an erection after that.

2nd surgery- was from a Urologist in San Antonio Sammy Vick- surgery sucked because I was undersized heavy with Titan- 18 by 2. I had floppy glands or whatever you call it w so much pain. Could not have sex at all

3rd surgery- i flew to Baltimore and Kramer did my next surgery with a Titan as well at 21 by 2. Implant was great but developed a bulge/kink on the left lower area of my penis and kept getting bigger/ Kramer had terrible bed side manners so could never get to chat with him he said all looked ok but it was apparent

4th surgery- called Dr Kansas out in Austin - we met up and after a few examinations he stated that there was indeed a problem with the left cylinder popping out the corpora- got the revision- shorted me with 18 by 3 - sucked because I was 7.5 natural now I was looking at 6. Worked for 1 and a half maybe 2 and the pump broke on the CX

5th surgery- pending insurance for revision with Dr Clavell in Houston

I dont understand what cuold have lead Kansas to put inside an implant shorter of the previous one tbh...make no sense?
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar
