Conventional wisdom says pain you’re describing is an indication of aggressive sizing. The implant isn’t growing, Rather your penis hasn’t regained enough size yet to comfortably fit around the implant. Nonetheless, the answer is, Yes you must keep cycling in hopes of regaining size to comfortably fit the existing implant. The alternative is a revision to a smaller implant which I doubt you want.

If you haven’t already done so, consider incorporating VET and Perito exercises into a daily cycling routine and gradually increase the hold time. You should be able to get to 2-3 hours. However no reputable doctor will endorse leaving an inflatable implant pumped up day and night. That’s a recipe for tip erosion. Perhaps you’re better suited for a malleable if your end goal is 24hr hardness.
