I’m pretty confident your length will return as will mine. I see that we were implanted around the same time. How are you healing? What has your progress been like so far? My surgeon left me inflated only a little for the first week and then deflated me until my follow up appointment in another 3 weeks. By the time I go in for my appointment I will have been deflated for roughly 6-7 weeks. Not looking forward to the first couple of cycling sessions.
ED issues for the past 12 years. Viagra and Cialis proved to be ineffective. Trimix injections did not work. Implanted 01/27/23 with AMS 700 CX (24 cm).

I know many will disagree with me, but I am not convinced the size of an implant actually has that much bearing on the the size of your penis when fully recovered.

When I was told I ‘only’ had an 18cm Titan when I came round from surgery, I was gutted. Being 7.5’ pre Peyronies, and 5’ inches pre surgery I was convinced I would have at least 21cm inside me.

A year out, I am a shade over 6’, which is probably an inch longer than you’d expect if you did the normal calculations. And I think I am still growing.

Yet I see folks in here with larger implants and a smaller penis. Some guys with even a 24cm are less than 6’.

Maybe it’s to do with the elasticity of the tissues, I don’t know , but having extensively trawled through this forum I am of the opinion that implant size doesn’t always correlate to penis size once fully healed.
Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

I had almost the same experience as Jimmi -- pre-op measurement was 6" which is what Eid promised I would have. But post-op I was only about 5.5" and depressed to read in the surgery notes that I had only gotten 18 cm. But I dug in with VED ,Perito and cycling and over about 8 months I got it up to 7" bone pressed. And with methods of glans engorgement I am very satisfied as is my wife. Who would have thought I could get that length from 18 cm -- goes along with other posts in this thread that implant-post op healed lengths don't necessarily correlate.
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

I am 7" bone pressed (aggressively ;) w/ 22+1 Titen implant. 7" from 18 cm implant is probably above average.

As to the original poster, I would think a 24cm device would be 7" or more when all healed up

After surgery I was given a spec sheet on my coloplast Titan it shows a 8cm proximal and 13 distal with 1cm RTE for a total of 21cm. You should get this information sheet and then you have a better idea how much you have in and how much out. Usually measurements are from the surgeons incision site but still people vary in how much in and out you have. I was just shy of 7” when on trimix or VED. First pump after implant was 5-3/4”. After about 6 months I’m at 6-7/8. And expect to eventually get to 7”. It took a lot of Perito exercise and lots of pumping.

If you can open this file it will show what I’m talking about. Good luck.

For those who got a 24cm implant but are currently less than 6", I do wish to kindly ask how much, if any, exercising and cycling they used during recovery. I ask because I recall and I'm sure you can find in earlier posts here that many doctors told their patients they only need to cycle twice a day for 15 minutes, and they took it literally. I would think that might make it possible to stay less than 6", but had they full exercised it, VED both before and after the implant, cycling, Perito, etc., there may have been different results

I would fully believe implant size doesn't always correlate exactly with the final results. Maybe it's elasticity stuff, I've got no idea, though my first assumption/question for others, does size of your fat pad have much of an effect? Like for my implant I'm 5'10.5" and was about 155 lbs then. Show off pic :):

But if a man happens to be 300 lbs or something, could that require a few cms of the implant to get far enough under the pubic bone? Also I've heard it's normal for some men to be in good shape but happen to have fat pads that don't really go away. So I'd think different body sizes definitely plays a role in why implant size is not exactly an indicator of your full size.

Also, I think this is important, if you are one of those men who got a 24cm implant but your size is not your liking, I did find research stating that your size isn't lost forever: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=20117&p=185488#p185488

If you're reading this and upset about losing your size in the past, no better time than now to start working to get it back.

Many men only get in the neighborhood of 21cm counting the RTE's which you don't mention getting any of them. That gives you about 1 1/4" more implant than many men.
Relax.

Definitely looking forward to seeing where I’m at in 6 months. Even more interested in seeing progress a year from now.

The surgeon didn’t include any RTEs so the entire 24 cm is all implant. While I understand a portion of that length is located within the pubic bone I’m looking forward to seeing how much length will be present after everything settles.

The split between visible/hidden penis varies. I’ve talked to guys on here who range from 1/8 hidden to almost half.
The most typical range for visible penis is from 2/3 to 3/4 of total implant length.that would suggest something from 16-18 cm,basically 6 3/4” to just a bit past 7”. That guidance (the percentage of total length visible)came from an old human A&P textbook. But it seems to work well on most guys I’ve talked to on here.

I was never given a spec sheet after surgery. I have a follow up appointment in 3 weeks and will inquire then. I’ll definitely plan on cycling aggressively to regain as much as possible.

Me neither. My next follow up appt is in May and I'll ask about it then.

I have the same stats and AFAIK the same spec sheet for my implant as shown above. If I can get from 5 3/4" to 6 7/8" after 6 months of cycling, I'll be very, very happy. :D

If you can’t get the spec sheet, you certainly should be able to get the surgery notes. A surgeon is obligated to share his notes with his patients. Those notes will tell you as much as the sheet, and much more about your surgery — mine went into detail about how the surgeon selected the size of the implant during the surgery.
