It's just easier/cheaper to make different lengths of 3 standard cylinder diameters than to make more cylinders w/different diameters, bearing in mind that from a business perspective making/selling IPPs is not a high volume/profit business.

So, I'm curious why men w/Titans claim a loss in girth, especially since Titans are claimed to provide greater girth than AMS.
I hope I can replicate this. Hakky recommended the Titan one touch to me. Going to text him monday and see if he thinks it will postively or negatively impact my 5.5in girth.
I guess there is always urofill for slight girth increase or perhaps penuma for significantly thin men.
