I relate to the other guys that posted, knowing your erection is going to stay hard and you can relax and enjoy… MAN! Its been a long time since i could do that.

I can't hold back my cum to have a nice orgasm like I used to, I think it's because I rarely get a 100% hard. Did you guys have issues having a complete orgasm before the implant and did the implant solve that issue.

(edited for focus)
I will focus my answer on the question of getting a “full release“ orgasm versus an orgasm that merely trickled out with weak contractions/spurts.

before implant, I had to rush to orgasm before my erection would collapse. That resulted in a pretty good orgasm, but less explosive than if I had a longer time period of stimulation. After implant, I still can get a quick orgasm, but I have the choice of slowing down and letting my sexual tension build and build and build until when I do climax, it is more intense than f I just went for it straightaway. I also get more contractions and if I had my orgasm sooner.

Before implant, if I tried to slow down to extend my stimulation, I would most certainly lose the erection. Now, after implant, that is no longer a risk.

Yes. It is wonderful to not have to worry IF your dick is going to work or not. Glad to see your having a consult soon. Ask doc any and all questions you have. No holding back because doc has heard them all before.

Thank you all for the replies, glad I am not an outlier. My meeting with Dr. C in Houston went well, he thinks I am a good candidate for an implant. After talking and a video of my junk he recommended the Titan with original pump. Seems like a super nice guy, I am scheduled for May 2nd.

I think there's supposed to be some documented relationship between PE and ED. Whether it's anxiety about losing it or something more physical I don't know.

I still find it hard to hold back in my wife's favorite position which involves her using a vibrator during spoon sex. Too stimulating. Prior the implant it was a recipe for disaster - either unusable short lived erection or 30 second orgasm.

If I really want to hold back I take 20mg paxil a few hours prior. I can't do it daily since the sleepiness side effect is profound.

My guess is my Kegal muscles are not as strong with a half chub, when fully erect I can hold back and have a strong orgasm. With the half chub I try and hold back as much as possible but cum leaks out and the orgasm itself is 50% as satisfying.... if I can get there. I think with the implant those kegal will work like normal, and even if they don't if I leak a little I can just keep going to the big buildup. Guess I will see 6 weeks after May second, can't wait.

Did you guys have issues having a complete orgasm before the implant and did the implant solve that issue. My typical sex sessions go from a nice erection to half hard in a couple min, if I go fast and get close to cumming in the half hard state, it seems like half of it leaks out because I can't hold it back for the big burst. If I have a great night and can stay 100% hard the entire time this doesn't seem to be an issue.

Anyone else experience the same/Hope the implant fixes this?

I had the exact same problem. Even when using Viagra I had trouble getting it up or I would lose the erection.
As a result my wife rarely wanted sex.
Then I developed a bad case of PE. I had lots of trouble lasting more than 1 or 2 minutes.
The end result was a sexless marriage since my wife wasn't interested in a limp penis.

I then started Trimix which completely fixed the issue. Using Trimix I was hard from the start of foreplay to well past the sex act.
When using Trimix I have to ask my wife if she has had enough.
I still ejaculated fairly quickly but could continue sex until she was fully satisfied.
Age: 68. Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Used Viagra for 10+ years with mixed success.
In May 2022 started using Trimix with very good results.
Feb 2023 developed PD
2023 still in treatment for PD, and still using Trimix with very good results

I didn't want to go with the injections, too many people complain about scar tissue, and at some point it will stop working. We/ I like to have sex 4-7 times a week and with only a 2x recommended dosage a week and very likely end up in the same place at some point.... Implant seems like the best choice for me. Super glad the injections are working for you, do you go by the 2x rule or you do more?

Hi there first time user and have an orgasm question
I normally take trimix shots which work to get me nice and hard but after I cum it drops quickly and was wondering if any of you had had multiple orgasms which I’d luv but failed so far. Should I increase the dosage or somehow stop myself from cumming ?
Any response is appreciated

Good question, might want to ask in a new thread, not sure many will see it at the bottom of this one
