Have you found the exercises effective? We had our implants on the same day btw 7th feb 23.

Hope your recovery is coming along well.

I'm not sure. I'm currently back to 5.75 to 5.875" through a combination of minimum twice daily cycling, and leaving about 80 to 90%inflated while sleeping. I bleed it down enough to eliminate the pain in my glans.
I try to do the Perrito thing a few times a week.

I now have less than 1/2" to go to be back at my original length. I'm feeling pretty confident that I'll get there, and likely gain a little in the long run. 8-)

Do you do the Perito exercises? to what degree do you bend the rock solid cylinders? I tried that exercise but not sure if I am putting enought pressure.

I did link a video of me doing it a while ago. Here at the bottom of the third page of crazyjoe's post: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18843&start=20

Might as well direct link it again here: https://imgur.com/XjVmC2I

Note I'm no expert on anything (also in the video I don't appear to be holding the base very tight. You maybe should hold it tighter). All I know: Dr. Perito seems to be quite qualified and knows what he's talking about and he recommends it. If anyone here hasn't seen his video, it's worth watching: https://peritourology.com/2021/07/mtp-5 ... t-surgery/

Perito says ED makes dick tissues scar down, what he calls fibrosis. This exercise can push the limits of these cylinders to safely push on your own tissue. And he calls it the most beneficial exercise to maximize your size.

I don't know if this was required and the only way I got my size back, but I'd imagine it was probably helpful, as well as VEDs and some more pulling/stretching/bending.

About you having difficulty bending such rock hard cylinders right now, I'd assume this is probably like most exercises that you can slowly build up on this. Bend it as much as you comfortably can now, and in one week maybe you can bend it just a little more and more. You'll get there. No need to rush.

Wholly mackerel I definitley wasn't bending that far lol just worried of damaging the cylinders but I don't know too much about this I am 4 days post op and cycled yesterday for the first time. Penis is a lot smaller right now though so I am motivated.
