When does the most growth after surgery occur

Rule #1: cycle when your doctor says it’s ok.

Rule #2; if I’m any indicator, early cycling doesn’t matter that much.

Rule #3; like everything else associated with implants, no two guys are exactly alike.

My surgery was done by Bryan Kansas MD in Austin. He’s an early cycle/early put it to use guy. When I went back on like day 3 to get my drain removed he said start cycling. A week later he told me I was ok for sex if I felt like it.

My length came back slowly. I got knocked down from a hair past 6 3/4” to about 4 1/2”. Once the swelling went away in the pubic fat pad area and I could get a good bone pressed measurement (week 3 or 4) I was roughly 5 1/2.

Then I cycled. And I could see progress. Slow progress but steady. At the 6 month mark? Maybe 5 3/4. From 6 months to a year? On past 6 1/2 by a hair.

Pumping that LGX up and using has me, over 3 years, at 17.3 cm which is 6.81 inches which is within .04 inches of where I started. I see that as 100% total success.

Some guys get it back faster. Some get back more. Some end up 1/4, 1/2 inch shorter than before surgery. There’s no standard snswer.

The one bold truth that I’ve gotten from reading a lot of stories on here: pick a reputable doctor, do what he says, and barring any awful complications you will get all your original length back, except for maybe a tiny little bit so small it’s of no consequence. I’m sure as hell not losing any sleep over .04”. Actually, I am losing some sleep, because I’m putting the equipment to good use.

Your second sentence probably has the answer to your first. He has his patients start cycling from day 7 as it has been shown to lead to increased length.

I had the same observation 35 days of no cycling and no stretching of the tissue I would hypothesize leads to a much longer recovery. Same concept as it being easier to get back into shape after taking a week off working out vs several months.

I'm still not a guy with any actual knowledge about this, but I don't think I agree. I understand your reasoning that starting earlier would lead to a quicker recovery, similarly to how it works in a gym. Now that I'm actually a dude who does go to the gym 7 days a week I know exactly what that is like. Hell, one day off makes things quite difficult.

But I don't buy it that 35 days would have such a serious effect on recovery time. Look at it this way:

I waited 35 days to cycle. Recovering my size back was very slow and incremental and took me like 10 or 11 months. Hakky starts to cycle 7 days after, then it takes only 3 months to recover. To use the gym analogy if I took a 35 days break from the gym, it's not gonna take me a year to get back. It will take me longer. But not that long/

Well, actually I don't even know. Just typing this out now I'm kinda slightly veering back towards your direction...like yeah, a 5 week break from exercise, then a 10 month recovery, compared to a 1 week break and then a 3 month recovery. That might be possible.

Curious if anyone out there also got their size back that quickly.

I think it’s a solid analogy Dr. Hakky actually used it with me while discussing size. He told me that the surgery would be traumatic for my tissue. He said just like you wouldn’t expect a man that had broken his legs to run a marathon I shouldn’t expect my dick tissue to be full functioning size at 100%right after surgery. Interestingly I think some of my dick strength is coming back with masterbation I’ll post about it separately.
