Similar to others. But, for me 100% at 6 weeks was totally different than 100% now! At 6-8 weeks I could only get 12-15 pumps. But at that level I could bend it and then get more and bend it and get more til I was at 16-18 pumps. But it was what I called max for sex and yes it would hurt by 10-15 minutes in and ache for a while afterwards. By 6 months it was much better and by 10 months was completely pain free no matter how hard I pumped it.

Pumping to 100% for sex - do you guys not find that this inhibits glans engorgement and gives an oval shape?

I always found 80% to be round with an engorged glans. 100% would hurt a bit?

I find exactly that. At 100% I only fill out and engorge at the moment of orgasm. In the meantime my dick is oval, kind of flat on the bottom. The spongiosum is not engorging.

At 80% things round out much better and the glans engorges when stimulated. This is plenty hard for sex. Still, i'm hoping that with continued cycling and practice i can get the desired engorgement at 100%.

For me orgasm is very elusive. I need to be fully pumped to even come close. It seems that the foreskin tugging on the glans/corona is what triggers the orgasm.
I've wondered if there is something I could do to help.
