New titan in 4 years

I hope they build something that lasts wayy more. I am terrified by all the early failures here within 1-2 years.

Its my guess that they'll never make an implant that meets your expectations.

They arent making a product that meets their own expectations for it. Everywhere they say it lasts an average of 10 years but I have only heard of 3 guys that had their implant for 10 years. The average is 6-7 years from what I see here and some unlucky guys 1-2

I have to admit that as I have mine longer. I'm less inclined to post here. A guy can only bear a certain level of negative thinking. For what little this may mean to others, I hope that my posting has affected a few. But at some point it becomes like arguing with someone that believes the earth is flat. In that line of thinking, I want to thank a few guys that are somewhat local to me that used either of the 2 implant surgeons available here. I see that they still visit FT but they do not post. Their words that were never posted to FT were priceless to me. Btw, Frenchie, how do you explain happy implant owners that visit but don't post? Would you put them in the happy long term owners or the disgruntled frequent revision owners?
I read a statistic a few months back that ONLY 3% of men with ED will get an implant. What words can an admittedly old guy say to that 97% of ED sufferers that will change their minds? I'll answer my own question, not a single thing.
If a guy wants good data, quit looking at current posts. Go back 10 or more years. Follow the men that were implanted then & you'll see that most of them just quit posting. Their last few posts don't mention anything about being dissatisfied or facing a broken implant. To me that is a pretty good indication that they are in the 10+ year happy owner club.
You'll also find the negative guys that never get an implant & slowly drift away from FT.

GT I really appreciate your posts man and have found them helpful I hope you keep it up. Definitely know what you mean about the negative thinking it's infectious like a contagion sometimes reading all the negativity here gets to me as well.

My dads lasted over 12 years and he had it installed in 1981. It was still working when he died. A very early model. Mine is 5 years old and still going strong.

I got 10yrs service with my first Titan and am one of those who stopped posting because i was very satisfied with my results. Just had a revision and started posting but its a different vibe now. My revision so far has been a success and I will likely stop posting but will always value the information available on this site.

I'd like to agree with you. Way too many members expect instant answers to THEIR question. Like this is some kind of staffed help line. Guys, use that search function. It can be a real eye opener.

That's what I been trying to get across, this forum is more of a complaint line than the place to find good answers about implant longevity. Guys who have been implanted for a long time just adjust to the change and live their life. Very few guys want to talk about their penis forever.
Data says that close to 3,000 men get implanted worldwide every month. Where are all those guys? I'm sure a lot of guys never find FT or even search for it.
