I was surprised how far the cylinders go into the glands as well, and agree with whats been said. Be patient, and wait for a few months before letting doubt creep in. When my glands are soft i cant feel the implant right at the tip, like??? 95% up in there. When hard its perfect, that 85% in.

I still have plenty of blood flow to the glands, not sure what the experience would be if you didn’t get the glands blood flow. I would recommend staying positive and hopeful, most likely you are going to be over the moon happy and get some of the best sex of your life in the very near future. Every week will get better and better, the bruising will be mostly gone after two weeks and the discomfort will slowly get better over the following weeks. Hang in there and take it easy.

And I don't really see why being oversized has to go hand in hand with a cylinder being further up in your glans. Don't think this is the goal.

Also, since you have just completed 2 days after surgery, you are yet to be deflated. Most likely Dr. Hakky would have left you partially inflated. So the tips will naturally come out and hit the glans. They will get better once you deflate. I was told by both Dr. Eid and Dr. Cordon that it is very important for IPP implanted people to deflate fully. I would encourage you to consult your doctor and learn what is maximum deflation whenever the time comes.
For now, sit back and enjoy. Healing takes time.

Hi Swiss…. You are way too early to worry about anything, especially how far the tips go into the glans…. The tips in the glands was a very painful part of my recovery, and it took a very long time for that pain to end… However, if you don’t get the tips far enough in the head of your penis the head will flop over… Everything changes daily in this recovery, and it will be different in a few weeks but for now you do have to endure. Most IPP recovery patients complain about that and it is the most painful part of the recovery… Hang in there, and take your meds as directed and just have to wait it out….slow and steady is the key but I sympathize with you!

I also think I was oversized, the right tip rises sometimes yes sometimes not by 2/3 millimeters, the tips in the glans hurt, today are 140 days almost 5 months, when I have poor quality vaginal or anal sex, the oral sex is a disaster, I try every time and every time I can't wait to stop and switch to vaginal sex, I don't understand how we can talk about healing, how long does it take for these discomforts to go away? Have you also had these annoyances at 5 months and they went away at 7/8/12 months?
